Text Box: OVERRIDING SECURITY UNIT (OSU) SPECIFICATIONS The OSU is a lightweight portable hand held touch screen palm PC that allows the Hotel Management to both access locked-out Safes and to retrieve an audit trail when needed and it boasts with following features: ● To Access Safe during power failures/battery malfunctions. ● Retrieve data and store all transaction performed on the safe. ● Effectively managing the Hotel Staff on the use of OSU. ● keeping track of times and dates. ● Setting of the Security Access Code (SAC) for the purpose of identifies each    safe and restricts each OSU's interaction per number of safes purchased.  

Text Box: Chubb Electronic Hotel Safe's Software Special Features: ■User-friendly software which safeguards user and Operator against errors. ■The electronic lock users non-volatile Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) to    store the user's code which allow  operational of the safe during power failure. ■Up to 999,999 programmable combinations with 6-digit codes. ■A lock out period of 30 minutes will be enforced in the event 3 consecutive failed attempts to open the safe. ■An auditable trail is available for easy tracking and recording transaction made by hotel guests and authorized    users of the Overriding Security Unit (OSU). Tampering attempts is also being recorded. ■Each program comes with 3 levels of accounts to manage authorized users of the OSU. ■Can be operated using Local AC source or DC Battery (6 Volts source) ■The safe may be bolted as an option to a secured surface for added security. ■Lighting can be installed as an option and apply for AC Powered Unit only.

Text Box: LOCK SPECIFICATIONS: The Safe's front panel is a 13-key membrane key pad with LED Display enclosed by a touch plastic which are secured onto the Safe's door. The Hotel Guest access the safe through this front panel.   The Control / Bolt Assembly are housed within the Safe's back panel situated behind the Safe's door. It consists of 2 micro- processors, EEPROM memory and motor.
